All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentive offers made available on the jl456 Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms. Specific promotional terms are disclosed at the time each offer is presented and constitute binding conditions upon acceptance of the bonus.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds credited to your jl456 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. Game content provided by third-party studios (including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is used by jl456 under valid licensing agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl456 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
jl456's total cumulative liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl456 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network conditions, and circumstances beyond jl456's control may affect Platform availability.

Upon termination for breach, jl456 may withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where termination results from the Platform's operational decision unrelated to Player fault, eligible balances (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the use of the jl456 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and jl456, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through jl456 customer support. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable Philippine law, including relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanisms.
